Poetry for Refugees, Peacebuilding, Security

We are looking for poems by African refugees to include in our upcoming Refugees, Peacebuilding, Security volume Refugees, Peacebuilding, Security (RPS) volume!

These poems should reflect themes of migration, movement, displacement, peace, security, resilience, African/Afrocentric identity, and/or leadership.

They will be part of a collection of everyday leadership stories of Africans/people of African descent, in the continent or diaspora, who have made significant strides as former or current refugees; are empowering refugees; and/or are promoting peacebuilding and security across the world. RPS will add to the growing collection of WWLA volumes which showcase the leadership stories of everyday Africans and Afrocentric peoples. You can read more about the volume here.

If you are a current or former refugee, we invite you to contribute your unique voice and poetry to this volume.
